1. Delivery Locations and Costs

  • Delivery Area: We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), and Canada (CA). We do not ship to other destinations.

  • Shipping Currency: Transactions, including refunds and pricing, are processed in U.S. Dollar (USD), Great British Pounds (GBP), or Canadian Dollar (CAD).

  • Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or size, across the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), and Canada (CA).

2. Delivery Timeframes (Order to Delivery)

Our total delivery time is the sum of our handling time and the transit time, clearly defined below.

A. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling time is the time required for us to process your payment, prepare your item, and transfer it to our shipping carrier.

  • Handling Time: 0 to 1 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily cut-off time is 5:00PM (GMT) (Greenwich Mean Time).

    • Orders placed before 5:00PM (GMT) will begin processing on that same working day.

    • Orders placed after 5:00PM (GMT) will begin processing on the next working day.

  • Exclusions: Handling time does not include public holidays or weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

B. Transit Time (Shipping)

Transit time is the period it takes for the item to travel from our facility to your delivery address once fulfilled and shipped.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).

C. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total time from when you place your order until it arrives at your door is calculated as follows:

3. Order Tracking and Delivery

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a unique tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor the precise location and estimated delivery date of your package.

  • Delivery Method: All orders are delivered directly to the customer's address provided at checkout.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or how to collect the package from a local depot. Please follow the courier's instructions promptly.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you once the package has been signed for or delivered to your specified address.

4. Delivery Delays

We are committed to meeting the delivery estimates provided. However, please be aware that minor delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Unforeseen carrier operational issues.

  • Extreme weather conditions.

  • Major public holidays.
