Refund policy

At Odins Valley, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to all eligible orders placed within the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), and Canada (CA).

1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition of items: Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Defective or damaged items: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Non-defective items: If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within the 30-day window. The customer is responsible for return shipping in this case.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as intimate wear, opened cosmetics, or personalized products) may be non-returnable unless faulty. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return period.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@odinsvalley.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Carefully package the item to prevent damage in transit.

  4. Send the parcel back to us by mail using a tracked service.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • No restocking fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

  • Lost or damaged returns: We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Odins Valley cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.

6. Right to Cancel

Customers have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, please notify us at info@odinsvalley.com within 30 days.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

  • A full refund, including standard shipping costs, will be issued once the goods are returned.
